CNC Wire Cut EDM Machine supplier in pune
We are proud to say that Berlin Machine Corporation is one of the leading manufacturers of CNC Wire cut EDM machines across manufacturers and providing world-class quality assurance for the machine Model. Consider the size of the CNC Wire cut EDM machine, we give the big size devices at the economic support to the customers and dealers at an adequate price which cannot be given by any of the manufactures. We also give a small size EDM instruments model as per the customer demands across the globe.
The quality of the machine provides a good provision for user-friendly applications. Our R&D team and production team concentrate on providing the standard precision and authority for each machine to customers. Based on the current technology and usage the device gives the user-interface service application for the consumers.
The principle is related to the CNC Wire cut EDM machines process, High voltage pulse train containing short period ON & Off time applied within Work piece & electrode (Wire) where the wire is enclosed by deionized water and works as the dielectric. During ON time dielectric breaks & displays conductive to pass high peak current & melts the substance. Wire electrode mainly from brass or stratified copper of diameter ranging from 0.33 mm to 0.070mm is used to erode the material.
Wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) is a method of metal machining in which a tool removes thousands of sparks from a metal work piece. A non-conventional method, though hardly a new one, CNC Wire cut EDM machines works on parts resistant to traditional machining processes, but only if these parts are electrically conductive; normally, they are non-ferrous, and include steel, titanium, super alloys, brass, and various other elements. Instead of cutting the material, EDM melts or vaporizes it, creating comparatively small chips and implementing a very accurate cut line. Industry-wide acceptance has led to a wide variety of EDM applications, as it is extremely versatile, can cut hard metals, and utilizes a comparatively compact amount of workspace.
Some of the benefits of EDM include machining of:
Complex shapes that would differently be difficult to perform with conventional cutting tools
Extremely hard material to very close tolerances
Very small work pieces where standard cutting tools may destroy the part from extra cutting tool pressure.
There is no direct connection between the device and the work piece. Accordingly, delicate sections and weak elements can be machined without any distortion.
